1. Services

Noble Core KSA provides business setup and company formation consultancy services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our services include MISA license acquisition, Commercial Registration, visa services, and ongoing compliance support.

2. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate and complete information required for company registration. Noble Core KSA is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

3. Fees & Payment

Service fees are quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are exclusive of government fees charged by MISA, Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA, and other authorities. Government fees are charged at cost.

4. Timeline

Estimated timelines are indicative and depend on government processing times. Noble Core KSA will use best efforts to expedite your application.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required for the provision of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
