We built Noble Core on a different premise: formation is the foundation of everything that comes after. The MISA license is not the finish line — it's the first line of code in a multi-year operating system.

We spent years watching international founders arrive in the Gulf excited, and leave frustrated by hidden fees, stalled banking, delayed Iqamas, and consultants who disappeared the moment the CR was issued. Every one of those founders was a missed opportunity for the Kingdom itself.

Founders ask "which is cheapest — LLC or branch?" We answer the question they should have asked: which entity, which capital, which bank, which compliance structure actually fits the business they're building. Cost is rarely the right optimization target.

Published fees, or we don't take the work.

Every engagement is priced upfront, all-in, before you sign. Government fees, service fees, courier fees — disclosed. We lose deals to firms who under-quote and surprise you later. We're fine with that.
